SHIPPING OPTIONS

Local Delivery (Malta): Standard shipping is €5.00, with FREE shipping for orders over €150. Delivery estimate: 3-4 business days.
- International Delivery: Standard shipping is €40.00, with FREE shipping for orders over €500. Delivery estimate: 5-7 business days.
Returns Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your item(s) and request a refund.
How to Return an Item:
- Email our customer care team at sarto@vfgroup.mt with the reason for your return.
- Await confirmation from a member of our team before sending your item(s) back.
Terms and Conditions:
- You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Sarto reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items sent back in a used or damaged state or without their original packaging.
- Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced or exchanged free of charge.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer care team via email.
- Refunds are only processed online and are applicable to online purchases. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods. Refunds cannot be processed in-store.
