Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Local Delivery (Malta): Standard shipping is €5.00, with FREE shipping for orders over €150. Delivery estimate: 3-4 business days.

International Delivery: Standard shipping is €40.00, with FREE shipping for orders over €500. Delivery estimate: 5-7 business days.

Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your item(s) and request a refund.

How to Return an Item:

Email our customer care team at sarto@vfgroup.mt with the reason for your return.

Await confirmation from a member of our team before sending your item(s) back.

Terms and Conditions:

You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Sarto reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items sent back in a used or damaged state or without their original packaging.

Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced or exchanged free of charge.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer care team via email.

Refunds are only processed online and are applicable to online purchases. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods. Refunds cannot be processed in-store.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sarto@vfgroup.mt. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
