Delivery 

Sarto offers free delivery on all items in Malta and Gozo and endeavours to deliver your purchase within one working day in Malta and Gozo. For next-day delivery to Gozo, orders must be placed by noon.

A charge of EUR35.00 applies to all deliveries made to all other European states.

Deliveries outside of Europe are currently unavailable.

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, no worries. You are eligible for a full refund within fourteen days from the date you received the item. The refund is subject to the product/s being unused with tags and any seals still intact and in original packaging. We reserve the right to consider the condition should there be any indication that the product has been worn, and its tags, security devices or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

To return your product, or claim a full refund:

Email [email protected] within fourteen days from the date of receipt. Please include order confirmation details and a copy of the fiscal receipt. A representative will then be in touch to organise the collection of the item being returned.

After carrying out an inspection, you will receive an email detailing the refund process. Funds will be credited to your account within fourteen days of the item being returned. EUR10.00 will be deducted from the total amount due to cover administration fees.

  1. Products which are bespoke, have been made to measure, altered or personalised to your specification
  2. Fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used
  3. Underwear, swimwear and lingerie
  4. Bodywear, cosmetics and earrings where protective hygiene seals have been removed, broken or tampered with
  5. Foodstuffs
